Main Task: Introduction

My name is Andre Moses, I am an AS Media student. I am starting my Main Tasks towards getting my final AS grade which is 50% of my coursework. My main task is to create a music front cover, contents page and double page spread for a music magazine First of all we have to do an analysis of the three main tasks in order to create a music magazine. Then after we have to create a magazine conventions diagram, conduct a reasonable amount of audience research and profiling our audience. I would then continue onto my magazine mock ups/designs/layouts and after start a case study of a publishing house then create a mood board and unmanipulated photos. I then have to post up my Final Magazine Products to be graded. The genre of my magazine is going to be hip hop because I feel that hip hop nowadays has a huge say in the music industry and is relevant for making a music magazine.
